This is a sequence logo, a graphical representation of an amino acid multiple sequence alignment from 15 versions of Arginase II from the 15 different organisms in the phylogenetic tree. The logo consists of series of symbol stacks, one stack for each position in the sequence. Taller stacks are indicative of a greater amount of amino acid sequence conservation at that particular position. The height of the symbols within the stack indicates the relative frequency of each amino acid at that particular position.
